    • Confidentiality: While we treat your information with high regard, please note that coaching is not "legally confidential" in the same manner as therapy. Furthermore, all digital communication carries inherent risks.

    • Usage of Materials: Any personal information shared during our "Guilt vs. Alignment" exercises or through the "Aligned Decision Filter™" is used solely to facilitate your coaching experience and will not be shared with outside parties without your consent.

    Terms of Service Welcome to My Clarity Catalyst LLC. This agreement is designed to create a clear, supportive, and empowering container for our work together so you feel safe and fully supported as you step into clarity and aligned action. By using this website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following:

    • Nature of the Relationship: Coaching is a forward-focused, supportive partnership; it is not therapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice. You are always in charge of your own decisions, actions, and results.

    • Programs and Communication: We offer private coaching (9 or 12-session packages) and a 3-month group coaching program. Support is provided during weekday business hours, and digital messaging is reserved for scheduling and agreed-upon accountability check-ins.

    • Scheduling and Expiration: Consistency is vital for growth. Sessions must be completed within the designated program timeframe, though a 4-week grace period is available for rescheduling. Any sessions not used within this window will expire.

    • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions or late cancellations are counted as completed, though one grace exception is provided per package.

    • Payments and Refunds: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Private coaching payment plans must be completed before the final session, and group programs are paid in full upfront. We are committed to an aligned fit; therefore, a partial refund may be discussed after the first or second session, but all payments are final after that point.

    • Intellectual Property: All tools, resources, and frameworks provided are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without express permission.

    • Liability and Governing Law: My Clarity Catalyst LLC’s liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services. You are responsible for your own choices, and any disputes will be handled through arbitration in the state of Texas.
